This is my uncles 1hp IHC Tom Thumb engine. When he got this engine, it was complete and even still had a little oil can stuck down in the base. I helped him disassemble, clean, reassemble and prep it for painting and he did the actual priming and painting. The picture below shows how it looked when he purchased it.
