The acquistion story behind this engine was somewhat humorous because we discovered it only about a 1/6 of a mile from my own front door! One day my neighbor noticed one of my larger engines sitting in my driveway and mentioned he had one that used to belong to his father. I hopped in his truck and he took me to his barn where this engine lay. He sold us the engine and since that time we have restored it to it's current condition.
