This is my 3HP FM Z. This is the first engine I ever had to work on to get running. It was not much of a challenge as most all of the parts were there. The only thing missing was the rocker arm bracket so I made one for it and it works fine.

This is a 1919 Plug oscillator fired 1.5HP Fairbanks Z. These engines were produced only during a 6 month period in 1919. The engines were very cheaply built!
The engine had many worn parts including this piece that rides against the governor shaft to control the throttle, it had nearly worn a hole all the way thru. A 16 penny nail and a little brazing fixed the problem
