I bought this engine on 17/8/02. It is missing the carby, ignitor, fuel pump, spark saver, hot-tube cover and muffler. It is stuck but appears to be in pretty fair condition. It goes into the resoration queue.

The picture above show the US style portable engine while the pictures below show a style sold here in Australia. The one pictured is in a museum and has a 4hp engine on it. I now have the original transport belonging to my 3hp engine which I will eventually rebuild.
