A bit of excitement at the end of the day. The 10hp Tangye had sunk into the soft ground and all attempts to move it had failed. A David Brown tractor could not move it but thankfully the Fowler traction engine came to the rescue. It did have a little difficulty reversing uphill on the soft ground but once attached pulled the big Tangye out effortlessly!
