This I'm sure is the rarest of our family's engine.  In my limited travels, I am yet to see another.  If anyone has more information on Imperial engines, made by Valentine Brothers, please let me know.

Ponds

This is an early Ponds.  It was made in South Bend, IN.  The Ponds tractor was the predecessor to the Wheel Horse line of lawn tractors.  More info. to come!  This one no longer has the original engine, nor the fiberglass hood that originally came on it.
