Both valves were bad and their guides worn out, the exh seat was also quite rough.

The ports were bored to clean and new valve seats cut.  The old guides were also bored then reamed oversize.  I also had to fix some severely corroded threads for the water drain.

Getting something apart that has been together since 1917 is no easy task, especially when exposed to New England weather!

Both gib keys came out ok, but it took my home made puller and port-a-power to remove the flywheels.

All in pieces at last, now its off to the press with the crankshaft.
