A.H. McDonald & Co. engaged in many special engineering products throughout its history, particularly up until the period of World War II. Many of these machines were unique 'one off' designs that were designed and manufactured to meet the needs of a customer. While often adapted from existing designs, McDonalds demonstrated the willingness to experiment with different approaches to engineering. These are just some of the more well known examples of their creativity and skill.
