(1) Here is the original mill partially disassembled. (2) The new hopper was the first thing I rebuilt. (3) I drew up full scale plans. (4) Here are a few parts sandblasted and primed.

(1) Here are a bunch of freshly painted parts. Finding room in my shop was a trick. (2) This is the 12" runner stone. (3) Here I am ripping up some 2 x 6's,
(4) and then laminating them together.

(1) Reassembly finally begins. (2) I had all new babbitt bearings poured. (3) I chose Minwax Special Walnut stain. (4) It turns real smooth at this point.
