A guy had an engine on a 2-wheeled hand cart and devised this clever third wheel.
The wheel was added to the front, and can be pinned in the "down" position so the whole thing can be easily
pulled around and steered with the long handle. Unpin the wheel, and the cart is sitting back on its two legs.
