Jerrys Old Engines in South Africa

Geoff Challinor's visit to Neville Botha - November 2005

In early November 2005 Geoff Challinor of the Anson Museum in Britain visited South Africa. During his stay with Gerald Buitendach they took time to visit Neville Botha and view his museum of engines and other antiquities.

A pleasant morning was spent starting engines and swopping knowledge and experiences. It is always good to meet with engine people from other parts of the world. The visit ended with tea and a delicious spread of snacks prepared by Neville's wife Lu-ann.

Here are some pics of the visit.
