Padstow Steam and Vintage Rally 2006

Back in 1999, on the way back from a holiday in Cornwall, we called in at the local show at St Merryn and were very pleasantly surprised by the range of unusual and interesting engines on display. In 2006, while making plans for a holiday to introduce Arnie to the delights of Cornwall (and vice versa), I checked up on the dates for the St Merryn show and was disappointed to find it was the week before our trip. However, the Padstow Steam and Vintage rally was the weekend of our journey down - perfect!
