Jim and Dolly's Canal Trip

Abbey Pumping Station, as seen from North Lock. You can see some rubbish which has caught at the top of the weir here, and there was quite a bit of this through the centre of Leicester. Also quite a lot of natural rubbish - leaves, branches, reeds etc - but this probably accumulates because so few boats use the city canal. I think we only passed two other boats all day.
