Tri-State Engine Show - Portland Indiana 2003

This was a neat little engine, looked complete and turned over, no nameplate.
Information given since we took the picture indicates that it is an Ideal or a Bluffton (Ohio) engine.
There is some discussion as to the exact relationship between the two manufacturers.
