This invention consists of an improved fuel-injecting device, wherein a casing having a chamber with a delivery opening with a valve seating formed in it, is combined with means for the delivery of air for starting purposes under pressure into the above chamber, and a complete and independent fuel sprayer which can slide in the casing, the end of the sprayer body lying in the chamber, and being formed as a valve which is normally maintained seated in the delivery opening by a spring.
