Beyer Peacock & Co., 1930 built Beyer-Garrett, 4-8-0 + 0-8-4 Walchaerts valve gear, cylinders 20½" X 20", boiler feed by steam pump but no mechanical stoker as was commonly used on these very large boilers. Used on the Bengal Nagpur Railway, this was one of sixteen units purchased and were the only N class built according to the museum. I had to take the picture from the road outside, as I couldn't get far enough away inside the museum grounds! The notes are those I took at the time from the displays and the museums own information.
