INGREDIENTS Boneless pork joint (loin works well) ~ smoked sausage METHOD 1) Using a long, pointed carving knife, make a hole through the centre of the joint. 2) Cut sausage to length of joint and push through hole (making sure no-one is watching). 3) Roast as for a normal joint. |
